Do you have a Retail Catalog?
Shirtopia does not publish a Retail Mail Order Catalog.
We feel that our website is the best way to keep the general public
up-to-date on our current product line.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Shirtopia strives to provide a safe, easy-to-use shopping
environment. Our servers are secure and all credit card processing
is forwarded to Verisign for authorization. Any information gathered
by Shirtopia will never be sold or given to any other
company or individual.
What is Shirtopia's Guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
Shirtopia will promptly exchange your merchandise or refund your payment
within 30 days of shipment. Keep your packing slip - it is your receipt.
What are my ordering options?
Order online, by phone, or by mail. Shirtopia is available
24 hours a day. Just add items to your shopping cart as you browse.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and money orders.
No personal checks accepted. Our site uses a encrypted security system
called SSL (secure socket layer). We use the VeriSign SSL Secure Server
Certificate. This is a system which takes your name, credit card and
shipping information and encrypts them so that only we can view them.
It creates a direct connection between your computer and ours which
can not be intercepted by any third parties.
The SSL Secure Server is extremely SAFE to use. Many times this is
even safer than using your card at a store. When you walk into a store
and use your credit card, any number of people at the store have access
to your card number simply by looking at your sales receipt. With
online ordering, since all of this information is encrypted the only
person able to view your information is our accounting department.

When will my order ship?
Your in-stock order will be shipped within five business
days after checkout. We ship Monday through Friday. When your order
ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing an order
number and a USPS tracking number. Here are guidelines for expecting
your package: Credit cards must be approved prior to shipment. Orders
placed after 2:30 will not be processed until the following business
day. We offer USPS Ground (two to eight business days), Next Day delivery.
Any order for Next Day delivery must be received by 12:00 noon EST
to be processed the next business day. If an item is sold
out, or a delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

What if my item is out of stock?
Shirtopia occasionally will run out of a particular
product due to demand or production schedules. If an item is sold
out, or a delay occurs, we will notify you by email. You may replace
the item with another selection or remove the item from your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships, so charges
for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return a package, call our Retail Customer Service
for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Then just simply send
it back. We recommend that you track your return package to confirm
that it has been received. Please consider insuring larger returns.
These services are available through the US Postal Service. Packages
must be returned prepaid. Balzout.com will not accept any COD packages.
Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the credit card
originally used. If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund
check will be issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping for returns or exchanges is non-refundable except in the
event that wrong or defective merchandise has been shipped to the
customer. We will pay the outgoing shipping charges for the replacement
items.
Is gift wrapping available?
Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
How do I track my package?
When your order was shipped you were sent an email
with your USPS ground tracking number.
How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping charges are weight based so it really
depends on how much you ordered.
What is your International Shipping
Policy?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover)
and International Money Orders in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept personal
checks, cash, goats, sheep, wire transfers or any other form of payment.
We run all international orders through a careful screening process
to verify delivery and billing information accuracy. Often discrepancies
occur that we will need you to clarify. We will contact you through
the e-mail address you provide when placing your order. Be sure you
regularly monitor your e-mail for these follow-up questions. We reserve
the right to cancel any order if we do not receive a response from
you after a reasonable amount of time. We reserve the right to cancel
any order we deem too risky to fill.
International shipping charges will be determined after you have placed
your order. We will email you your shipping fee and the order will
not be processed until you have agreed to the shipping fee. We declare
the full value of any item shipped outside the U.S. on any custom
forms we are required to file and mark the items as merchandise. Duties/taxes/customs
are the responsibility of the customer. All credit cards will be verified
for authenticity prior to shipping.
